With all Annotation editing completed, right click within the Annotation box and select the Properties option from the menu. This will give you access to the Annot Properties Text tab.
Modify the text as desired in the text edit box.
· Use the <Ctrl> + <Enter> keys to insert a carriage return
· To allow text to be wrapped within the text box area, enable the Wrap Text option in the Font properties tab of the Style Properties dialog
Modify a text annotation’s visual properties by pressing the Setup button. Text Style properties allow you to control text properties such as color, font, orientation, and a variety of other visual attributes. See the topic Style Properties for more information.
Select the appropriate property page tab to edit other annotation properties.
