The DataUtility Status bar appears at the bottom of the User Interface. The status bar is useful for determining timing, search status, and result totals. The traffic lights located on the right end of the status bar indicate which state your search is in.
Ready- DataUtility is available to perform a new search or a previous search was successfully completed
Waiting- DataUtility is preparing search options prior to the search or sorting data in the display after a search is complete
Busy- DataUtility is occupied performing a search or an update
