To add features to a Subroutine through the View:
1. Put your View into Edit Mode.
2. While holding the Alt key, select the feature points from the View that you want to use in the Subroutine.
3. Right-click within the View and select Push String into Subroutine from the context menu.
4. In the Push Features to Subroutine dialog, you have two options:
a. Select an existing Subroutine label from the drop down.
i. If you want to replace existing Subroutine features rather than adding to an existing Subroutine, select the Replace existing subroutine features with selected features check box before clicking Update.
b. Enter a new label into the dropdown field, select a Handedness, and click Create.
5. After you exit the View, a new Subroutine will be added to your Query.
6. Once a Subroutine is created/updated through the View, that Subroutine will become the active Datasource for the View.
