CM4D Workcell
provides users with the ability to view sample output from a measurement
device in near-real-time using CM4Di reports. CM4D Workcell also provides
users the ability to use those samples to generate alarms based on triggered
events in CM4Di reports. CM4D Workcell provides the capabilities of CM4Di
to view reports, access drill-down reports, modify the sift rules, adjust
the Features, Samples and DataSet grids, and print reports.
CM4D Workcell can be operated in either Attended mode or Auto mode. In Attended mode (Auto is OFF), the user chooses to individually load each sample file from the Inbox into CM4D Workcell. After the sample file has been loaded and viewed in a CM4Di report, the user chooses whether to process events, commit the sample file to the database, forward the file to another Inbox or folder, or to reject the file. In Auto mode (Auto is ON), Workcell automatically loads each sample file from the Inbox. With each new sample, based on the user defined settings file, Workcell will automatically process events. After a user defined number of samples have been loaded, those samples will be automatically committed to the database.
A user must have the Workcell Data Manager Privilege to commit data to the Database using CM4DWorkcell.
