Alignment Tutorial - Simple Block
The Simple Block Tutorial demonstrates an alignment with full setup. It is executed in four phases:
Phase 2: Create Subroutine and Alignment
Each phase is described here for completeness, but Phase 1-3 may be provided for you.

Alignment Definition
A Datum – Z axis defined by 3 surface points – P01, P02, P03
B Datum – Y axis defined by 2 surface points – P05, P06
C Datum – X axis defined by 1 surface point – P09
Sample Data
The Sample data provided has been engineered to demonstrate the effect of alignment.
Sample 1 (Simple Block 1) has the four Z points on the top surface of the block (P01-P04) moved in Z by varying amounts.
Sample 2 (Simple Block 2) has the four Y points on the side surfaces of the block (P05-P08) moved in Y by varying amounts.
Sample 3 (Simple Block 3) has the four X points on the end surfaces of the block (P09-P12) moved in X by varying amounts.
Sample 4 (Simple Block 4) is a combination of Sample 2 and Sample 3.
All Samples have the Hole (P13) and Slot (P14) moved.
