Flash Reports

The Flash Report provides a quick summary to compare inspections between shifts for all the stations in the area containing the current station. For example, you can use a Flash Report to compare:

Current Shift vs. Last Shift (as defined by the Inspect Administrator)

Current Shift vs. Last 10 Shifts (as defined by the Inspect Administrator)

Flash reports help operators see the types of defects recorded for a unit. For example, the screen below is comparing the current shift with the last ten shifts. Notice that the current shift is finding significantly more Damaged Front Hoods than the previous ten shifts.

Description of Column Headings

       Defect - Concern + Location

Qty - Number of defects found

D/1000 - Average number of that defect that would be found on 1000 units

% OK - Percentage of units that do not have that defect.
