This is a valuable report for quality teams.
The Single Unit History Report is designed to give a wide range of information to the user concerning one specific serialized unit.
The user can enter a unique serial number, line sequence number, or other identifying means, and then click Submit to see the unit information.
Running this report will display information similar to that displayed in the "Defective Unit History" report.
The user can also view the history of a question to see what answers have been given. By clicking on the question hyperlink a popup is displayed showing all answers given for the question, together with the date/time of the answer, the station at which it was entered and the user that entered it.
