ATS Inspect is a suite of applications that allow you to collect, analyze and report on defect and variable related data. This reduces the costs associated with scrap, rework, warranty claims and production bottlenecks
Visual images are used to support operators and inspectors to collect real time attribute data. Web based reporting and event messaging provides easy to use filter (classic) and advanced (Microsoft Business Intelligence) reporting. ATS Inspect can be integrated into other systems for automatic data collection and SPC and it can be used for inspection audit trails. The advanced reporting can also be expanded to include other data sources.
There are several items interacting with Inspect, including services, applications, web sites, and a relational database. The following diagram describes those relationships.
