Print Groups Tab

• How to access the Print Groups tab in station properties.

  1.     Select the Plants tab.

  2.     Click Stations.

  A list of the existing stations is displayed.

  3.     Select Data Collect from the drop-down list above the right-hand pane.

  If you are looking for existing Data Collect stations you can also filter using the Area drop-down list.

  4.     Click the add icon () below the right-hand pane.

  The station creation dialog opens.

  5.     Select the Print Groups tab.

A station print group controls which views or parts appear on a travel ticket. Travel tickets are used when a repair person requires hardcopy reference to perform repairs, usually because there is no Data Collect station present.

Enable the print groups to be displayed on travel tickets generated by this station.

Now go to the Defect Sources tab.
