Once a system has been configured it can be difficult to know what will be presented at a specific station for a specific unit. This tool allows you to:
See which questions will be presented.
Test potential answers to those questions.
See which setups, checklist categories, views, view categories and part categories will be presented.
View Checklist Questions for Specific Unit/Station
Select the Attribute tab.
Click Test Checklist, Setup & Gatekeeper under the Test menu.
A new window opens.
Select the Unit+Station tab. Here you can find the unit you want to see the questions for.
Search for the unit in one of the following ways:
By Identifier: Select the By identifier tab then select which identifier to search for and enter the value to search for.
By Tracking Point: Select the By Tracking tab then select a tracking point and enter and beginning and end date/time.
Click Search.
A list of the units matching the criteria is shown.
Select the required unit.
Select the Station tab.
Select the station you are interested in.
Select the Checklist tab.
Click the Generate Checklist button (
).
The list of questions is shown, broken down by static/dynamic and category. It displays the result type, whether the question is mandatory, whether the answer is validated.
Test Answer Validation for Specific Unit/Station
Select the Attribute tab.
Click Test Checklist, Setup & Gatekeeper under the Test menu.
A new window opens.
Select the Unit+Station tab. Here you can find the unit you want to see the questions for.
Search for the unit in one of the following ways:
By Identifier: Select the By identifier tab then select which identifier to search for and enter the value to search for.
By Tracking Point: Select the By Tracking tab then select a tracking point and enter and beginning and end date/time.
Click Search.
A list of the units matching the criteria is shown.
Select the required unit.
Select the Station tab.
Select the station you are interested in.
Select the Checklist tab.
Click the Generate Checklist button ().
The list of questions is shown, broken down by category. It displays the result type, whether the question is mandatory, whether the answer is validated.
Enter a Value for the question and click outside the Value cell.
If validation is enabled for the question then the Status will change to show whether the answer is valid or not. If it isn't then a warning will be shown in red in the lower-left corner of the screen.
View Steps and Setup for Specific Unit/Station

Click the Generate Checklist button ().
The steps and setups are shown. Expanding the setups will show the checklist categories, views, view categories and part categories assigned to that unit/station combination.
