The Security Manager application lets you control who can log into each programs and what they can do once they're in that program. Individual users are assigned to user groups which have rights assigned to them. This means that the user will have all the rights available in the security groups they're assigned to.
Security Manager also allows you to record changes within the database. You can specify any number of tables in the database and whenever a change is made to one of them it'll record what the change is together with who made the change and when it was made.
