Associate Ranks to Audit Types

Select the Audit tab.

Click Audit Ranks.

A list of the existing audit types and ranks is displayed. Audit types, and the ranks they contain, are shown in the left-hand pane. All available ranks are shown in the right-hand pane.

Place a tick next to the rank to be assigned in the right pane and drag and drop it to the desired audit type in the left-hand pane.

If required, enable Auto Repair to automatically repair defects as they are entered by placing a tick in the Enable check box.

Select a repair type from the Repair Type drop down menu.

Select a user from the Repaired By drop down menu.

If required, enable Auto Confirm to automatically confirm defects as they are entered by placing a tick in the Enable check box.

Select a user from the Confirmed By drop down menu.

Press OK.

The rank is now associated to the audit type.
