ATS Inspect is a suite of applications that allow you to collect, analyse and report on defect and variable related data. This reduces the costs associated with scrap, rework, warranty claims and production bottlenecks.

Visual images are used to support operators and inspectors to collect real time attribute data and variable data.

There are several items interacting with Inspect, including services, applications, web sites, and a relational database. The following diagram describes those relationships.

The following diagram describes the connectivity and direction of data between the services of the Inspect application.

*API Calls & Webhooks:  ATS Bus can be used to send API Calls to the Inspect Data Service and subscribe to webhooks.  Both API Calls and Webhooks can be utilised by external applications.
