Available Security Rights

The following table contains all of the security rights that can be assigned to a Role or user in ATS Security. If a right is unavailable to a user then, in most cases, the controls are visible but will be inaccessible.

Checklist - Manage Images	Associate images to a checklist question and markup the images.
Checklist - Modify	Change checklist answers and add or edit comments. Images can still attached when this is disabled. Please note: the user can modify or reset their own answers even if they do not have the right. The modification can happen during the same inspection as well as during any following inspection as long as this user is the last one who modified the answer.
Create Audit	Use stations set in Audit mode.
Defect - Add	Add defects to a unit.
Defect - Manage Images	Associate images to a defect and markup the images.
Defect - Modify	Modify defects. If this is disabled you will not be able to modify any defects, regardless of the setting of Defect Modify Other.
Defect - Modify (Other)	Modify defects entered by other people. Defect Modify must also be enabled for this to work.
Defect - Remove	Remove defects from a unit. If this is disabled you will not be able to modify any defects, regardless of the setting of Defect Remove Other.
Defect - Remove (Other)	Remove defects created by other people. Defect Remove must also be enabled for this to work.
Defect - Remove (Other) - Repaired	Remove defects repaired by other people. Defect Remove must also be enabled for this to work.
Defect - Set Root Cause	Set a Root Cause for a defect.
Login - Data Collect	Login to Data Collect.
Mark View as Checked	See the “Views” in Data Collect. Useful if, for example, you want some users to just answer a checklist.
Print Repair Ticket	Print repair tickets.
Repair - Add	Repair defects. If this is disabled you will not be able to modify any defects, regardless of the setting of Repair Add - Other.
Repair - Add (Other)	Repair defects entered by other people. Repair Add must also be enabled for this to work.
Repair - Change Responsible Area/Cell	Change the Responsible Area/Cell information for a repair.
Repair - Confirm	Confirm repairs. If this is disabled you will not be able to confirm any repairs, regardless of the setting of Repair Confirm - Other.
Repair - Confirm (Other)	Confirm repairs entered by other people. Repair Confirm must also be enabled for this to work.
Repair - Manage Images	Associate images to a repair and markup the images.
Repair - Reject	Reject repairs. If this is disabled you will not be able to reject any repairs, regardless of the setting of Repair Reject - Other.
Repair - Reject (Other)	Reject repairs entered by other people. Repair Reject must also be enabled for this to work.
Repair - Remove	Remove repairs. If this is disabled you will not be able to remove any repairs, regardless of the setting of Repair Remove - Other.
Repair - Remove (Other)	Remove repairs entered by other people. Repair Remove must also be enabled for this to work.
Repair - Reset	Resets a confirmed repair back to it's unconfirmed state.
Repair - Reset (Other)	Repair Reset but only for defects created by other people.
