Communication between the CM4D and Results databases is controlled using the Data Bus. When data is processed in CM4D, the results are generated and sent to the Results database. During this process, data files are temporarily stored in a system folder until processing is completed.
DataBus path: .\ProgramData\Applied Tech Systems\ATS CM4D\DataBus
By default, the files are deleted from the Data Bus folder as soon as the file has completed processing. If you want to keep these files, you may retain them for up to 1 week.
In the Results Loader Configuration file there is a setting called "delayedRemovedDataBusAttachment". Set a value of 1-7 for the number of days. The default value "0" will delete the files as soon as the processing is complete.
One reason to keep files may be in cases where the files are needed for troubleshooting results generation or communication issues.
