DataSmith is the tool that will put your data into the CM4D Reporter database. You will need to configure DataSmith to translate your data formats.
A translator configuration is neither part-specific, nor feature-specific - it is format-specific. Any parts that share the same format can be processed by the same translator. Any new features added to a measurement routine will be processed by the translator as long as the feature data is formatted appropriately.
CM4D Reporter comes pre-configured with several example data types and a library of many other common formats that can be referenced.
