This tab configures the settings required for a Direct Run report. For further information on Direct Run reports see here.
Each gating (or control) station may have a different set of destinations. These destinations are considered to be normal (no "hit") or offline (a "hit"). A "hit" indicates a bad unit. This could be because the unit has been taken offline for repair or because of a missed process. If there is no "hit" to the direct run it is because the unit has been taken away for auditing, because of parts shortages or for other reasons where there was no error in the product itself.
Once destinations have been created (see here) they must be associated to a station.
Enable destinations in the lower pane.
Drag and drop the enabled destinations from the lower pane to the upper pane.
The destinations are associated to the station.
Use the arrow icons ( and ) to change the order the top concerns will appear in.
Enable Hit on the station destinations that will count as a direct run hit (bad unit) in the reports.
Enable one of the stations as Default. This will be the default selected station whenever switching between units. Under most circumstances, this would be the first destination listed and normally that destination has its Direct Run Hit setting set to "No" to indicate that the unit will continue along a normal production path by default.
Enable destinations in the top pane.
Drag and drop the enabled destinations from the upper pane to the lower pane.
