The Travel Service will need to be modified to log into the system using domain user accounts as follows:
Open the Services configuration program in Windows. This will vary depending on the platform in use.
Double-click on ATS Inspect Travel Service.
The properties popup opens as shown below.
Click the Log On tab.
Select This account.
Either click Browse or enter an account name.
Enter a Password and click Confirm.
Click OK.
The Travel Service must be registered in Cockpit before being started.
It is recommended that the user account is a domain service account with a non-expiring password. It should also have access to the printers used to print the Travel tickets.
