View users in the Users grid

To load the Users - All users grid:

 

  1. Click on the User icon or text (number of users) in the content area of the Security card in ATS Configuration manager home page OR
  2. Click on the Users title of the Users card in ATS Security home page OR
  3. Click on the User icon or text (number of users) in the content area of the Users card in ATS Security home page OR
  4. Click on the OPEN shortcut link in the Users card in ATS Security home page OR
  5. Click on the Users menu option in the main ATS Security menu.

 

The users grid has several different "views" which can be activated using the Select filter select list in the top left corner above the Users - All users grid:

 

  1. Shows only active users when the Active users option is selected (default view)
  2. Shows only deactivated users when the Deactivated users option is selected
  3. Shows both active and deactivated users when no option is selected

 

The deactivated users are distinctly marked in the grid (different row background color).

 

There can be one additional option in the Select filter select list - Locked users when there are locked user accounts in the system.

 

The Users - All users grid shows information for all users in four columns: Name (display name) and Username (used for login of local users), Source and Status. Each row has a context menu which you can open by clicking on the context menu icon (...). There is only one context menu option available in "view" mode: Open.

View user details in the User details blade

 

Selecting the Open option from the context menu (or click on a row) loads the User details blade on the right. The User details blade has three tabs:

 

Profile - Here you can see details for the specific user, such as login, account and contact information.

Roles - Here you can see which Roles have been assigned to this user.

Application info - Here you can see values assigned to this user for custom application fields.

 

All data in these three tabs is read-only when in "view" mode.
