Mark reports as favorites

Reports can be saved into favorites from two starting points:

a. From the Reports menu.

b. From the Tab header bar.

From the Reports menu

Each report item in the Reports menu has a favorite icon behind the report name.

To mark a report as favorite:

1. Click on the favorite icon.

2. The favorite icon of the report in the Reports menu changes to ( "filled" star icon).

3. The favorite report appears in the Favorites menu (also with a "filled" star behind the report name).

4. When loaded in the report viewer the star icon in the tab header bar is also "filled".

From the Tab header bar

When a report is loaded in the report viewer the favorite icon is present in the header bar of the report tab.

To mark a report as favorite:

1. Click on the favorite icon.

2. The favorite icon of the report in the tab header changes to ( "filled" star icon).

3. The favorite icon of the report in the Reports menu also changes to ( "filled" star icon).

4. The report appears in the Favorites menu (also with a "filled" star behind the report name).

Unmark reports from favorites

Reports can be unmarked from favorites in the following manner:

a. From the Reports menu using the favorite icon.

b. From the Tab header bar using the favorite icon.

c. From the Favorites menu using the favorite icon.

d. From the Favorites menu deleting a report in "edit" mode.

From the reports menu

To unmark a favorite report:

1. Click on the ( "filled" star icon) in the Reports menu.

2. The favorite icon of the report in the Reports menu changes to ("empty" star icon).

3. The report is no longer present in the Favorites menu.

4. When loaded in the report viewer the star icon in the tab header bar is also "empty".

From the Tab header bar

When a report is loaded in the report viewer the favorite icon is present in the header bar of the report tab.

To unmark a favorite report from the tab header bar:

1. Click on the "filled" star favorite icon.

2. The favorite icon of the report in the tab header changes to ("empty" star icon).

3. The favorite icon of the report in the Reports menu also changes to ("empty" star icon).

4. The report is no longer present in the Favorites menu.

From the Favorites menu

Each report item in the Favorites menu has a the "filled" star favorite icon behind the report name.

To unmark a favorite report:

1. Click on the favorite icon in the Favorites menu.

2. The report is no longer present in the Favorites menu.

3. Find the report in the Reports menu - its favorite icon is "empty  .

4. When loaded in the report viewer the star icon in the tab header bar is also "empty".
