Repair
If a physical repair has been carried out on a defect you can mark the defect as repaired at the station.
Select a unit that has defects.
Click

Move the cursor over a defect. The defect will be highlighted and the cursor will change to a wrench.
Click on the defect and it'll change to all yellow.
Multiple defects can be selected and repaired simultaneously (if common repairs exist). Depending on the station property Keep resp area/cell on multiple defect repair the Responsible Areas/Cells can either be left as they originally were or they can all be changed to the same Responsible Area/Cell.

The Add Repair screen opens.
Select a repair type and a responsible area and cell and click 
.
The status of the defect is updated to "repaired" and the defect changes color to green.
Remove
Alternatively, if you have a defect that was placed incorrectly you can remove it completely. Lets remove the defect you just repaired.
Click

Click on the defect and then click to confirm.
The defect is removed.
