Validation messages are displayed when an incorrect answer is given to a checklist question. Whether or not an answer is incorrect is decided by the question validation which is set in the Validation tab during question configuration.
Select the Attribute tab.
Click Messages.
A list of the existing error messages is displayed.
Click the Add button (
).
Enter Incorrect value for the description for the error message. This is the message that will be seen by the operator when an incorrect answer is entered.
Click OK.
The validation message is saved.
