The checklist feature is used to display a list of questions to an inspector, relating to the features of the product being inspected. The inspector must answer these questions before the unit can be released.
When creating a checklist it is important to plan ahead and have all of the questions and answers finalized before you start entering them. Obviously these can be changed at a later date but it makes the initial setup faster.
For this tutorial we will ask the following questions:

The steps required to create the questions and answers that go together to create a checklist need to be done in a particular order, as follows:
Create static answers (see here).
Create question type (see here).
Create validation messages (see here).
Create the questions (see here).
Define prompt for user.
Specify a result type (multiple choice, number or text)
Specify when the question will be included in the checklist.
Specify the possible answers.
Specify which answer is correct.
Associate the questions to a checklist category (see here).
