The Reporting Sources grid can be accessed using one of the following methods:
In ATS Configuration Manager, either click the title of the Reporting card or press Open. The ATS Reporting plugin is displayed. Select one of the following options to view the Reporting Sources grid.
Click on the Reporting Sources card title.
Click on the Icon in the Reporting Sources card.
Click on the text adjacent to the icon detailing the number of reporting sources.
Press Open on the Reporting Sources card.
In ATS Configuration Manager, click either the Icon in the Reporting card or the text Reporting Sources.
The Reporting Sources grid displays the information for the configured reporting sources in two columns: Name and Type. The supported source types are:
Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services
Web Pages
CM4D (pdf) reports
Power BI Report Server
Inspect CAD Report Server
Tableau
Each row in the Reporting Sources grid has a context menu, which can be accessed by clicking on the context menu icon (...). There are two context menu options available: Open and Delete.

Selecting the Open option from the context menu loads the Reporting Source details blade on the right of the window. The Reporting Source details blade has two tabs:
Properties - The Properties tab displays details for the selected reporting source such as it's name, type, description, endpoint (if applicable), source credentials, etc. In addition, a Check Connection button can be used to test the connection using the specified source credentials or endpoint.
Reports - The Reports tabs displays a read only list of reports present on the reporting source.
The list of reports present on a reporting source can be viewed by selecting the Open option from the context menu of the source in the Reporting Sources grid and clicking the Reports tab.
The structure of the list will differ depending on the type of reporting source:
The reports for Microsoft SSRS, Inspect CAD, Power BI and Tableau are displayed in a tree structure showing the hierarchical organisation of the reports on the reporting server. This tree structure is read-only and can be used to browse and search for reports.
The reports for Web pages are displayed in a table. Reports can be created, edited (report name, report URL and report parameters) or removed from this tab.
The reports for CM4D contain 2 types of reports: Generated reports and Report templates. All managed reports are shown as nodes under Report templates.
Users can search the list of reports by entering a keyword in the search box above the reports tree.
Users can refresh the list of reports available on a reporting source by pressing the Refresh option in the top right corner of the Reports tab.
The refresh option is available for reports of the following types: Microsoft SSRS, Inspect CAD and Power BI.
