Scheduler/Launcher Services start, but CM4D Clients are not launching - logs 'failed to connect to site' in client log files.

DataSmithBatch Service will not start - logs 'failed to connect to site' in dsbatch log files.

DBConnect connect to site successful.

Service user in Site db w/ correct permissions.

Service user is a Windows login, but not a domain user.

Service user is added to Site db

Using Windows authentication.
