Questions are assigned by associating the checklist category that contains them to a step within a setup within a station. The questions assigned will be available to all products listed within the step. However, a question will only be shown to an operator if it has been specifically enabled for the current product.

Checklist categories can be assigned to more than one station and inspection step.
Select the Attribute tab.
Click Setups.
A list of the existing inspection setups is displayed.
In the left-hand pane expand the setup containing the step to which you wish to add the checklist category.
Select the Checklist Categories tab in the right-hand pane.
A list of all the available checklist categories is displayed.
Drag and drop a checklist category from the list onto a step in the left-hand pane.
The category is added to the step.
The order in which the questions will be presented to the operator is decided when they are added to Categories (see here)
It is not possible to assign individual parts to a station. Individual parts are placed into a part category and the part category is assigned to a station.
Views, view categories and part categories are defined as follows:
View – an image containing components.
View Category – contains one or more views.
Part Category – contains one or more parts for text button inspection.
An individual view can contain multiple product views. For example, the following view is a single defined view within Inspect. However, the image itself shows two different versions of the part being inspected.
Select the Attribute tab.
Click Setups.
A list of the existing inspection setups is displayed.
In the left-hand pane expand the setup containing the step to which you wish to add the views, view categories and part categories..
Select the Views, View Categories or Part Categories tabs to display items that can be associated with the stations.
Select a Product from the drop-down list above the right-hand pane.
Add to all products when dropping on step
If Add to all products when dropping on step is enabled then it will ignore the selected product and add the item to every product currently associated to that step.
If it's enabled you will also be prevented from adding a view, view category or part category to a step that doesn't already have a product assigned.
Drag and drop the required items onto the step in the left-hand pane.
By default, views, view categories and part categories have a static association to the stations. However, if Add Dragged Items as Static is disabled below the left-hand pane then they will be added with a dynamic lookup association. This can be modified by enabling the appropriate checkbox in the Static tab.
The items are assigned to the selected product when they're added to the step.
Once all items are added drag and drop them into the correct order. This is the order in which they will be shown to the operator.
To copy items drag and drop them from one part of the tree to the other. If you simply wish to move the items you'll need to delete the source items when you're done.
Select the Attribute tab.
Click Setups.
A list of the existing inspection setups is displayed.
In the left-hand pane expand the setup containing the item you wish to remove.
Drill down to the required item and select it.
Click the Delete button ().
The item is removed from the setup.

Every instance of a selected step, view, view category, part category or checklist category can be exchanged for another in one action instead of having to exchange every instance individually.
Select the Attribute tab.
Click Setups.
A list of the existing inspection setups is displayed.
Select the required tab in the right-hand pane (Steps, Views, View Categories, Part Categories or Checklist Categories).
Select the item that need to be swapped out.
The References tab in the lower-right pane displays all the setups that contain the selected item.
Enable the setups in which you wish to swap out the item.
Click .
The Replace Item References dialog opens.
Select the replacement item from the drop-down list.
Click OK.
Every instance of the item is replaced in the selected setups.
