To obtain valid ATS License files please contact ATS Technical Support. This should be done in advance as it may take time for the files to be supplied. When working connected to the Customer site you can Check for updates to see whether new licenses or activation triggers have been prepared for you.
To import one or more license files into the licensing database carry out the following steps:
Copy the required license files to the license folder created during the ATS Licensing Server installation. By default this is C:/ATS Licenses.
License files have the extension *.lf or, if it's a group of license files, *.lfz.
Run Licensing Server Manager.
Click Import License File.
The file selection dialog opens at the license folder.
Select one or more licenses.
Click Open to import the files into the license database.
Import progress can be viewed in the Live log view at the bottom of the Licensing Server Manager window.

The licenses are displayed within license sets. Click + next to a license set to see the licenses it contains.

If the licenses are validated, a green check mark is shown at the beginning of the row.
If there is an issue with license validation, a red X is shown at the beginning of the row. Selecting the license will display the license details in the License Properties pane and the issue will be highlighted in red.
