Sample selections

This screen contains:

Query selection name

Back button

Sample load type dropdown with four load types:

Load all

Load last

Time periods

Specific samples

Load All

Loads all samples.  No further options are presented.

Load last

The Load last sample load type presents two fields: Sample count and Samples to load after skipping the last. Filters can also be added under Configure filters.

Time Periods

The Time periods sample load type presents three fields: Time period, Date from and Date to. The Date from and Date to fields are enabled only if you choose Custom in the Time period field.  Filters can also be added under Configure filters.

 

Specific samples

The Specific samples type has two fields: Max Sample Count and Max Days Out with default values at the source level. If there are no filters available for searching a message is shown.

The Search samples button can be used for searching samples with previously configured filters and data for Max Sample Count and Max Days Out fields. If you click search, a list with samples is shown and you can select/remove them from the list.

 

The example below shows a specific sample that has had filters configured.

More Reports

The names of the last manually generated and last scheduled reports are hyperlinks.  Clicking on these links will load the report in the PDF viewer. 

Adjacent to the last manually generated report is a more reports button. This button displays a list of reports in a grid that can be previewed or downloaded.

Logs

The Open log button diplays a list of logs for managed report sources in a grid.

Submit

The Submit button is used to send the report out to be populated with the latest data and generate the PDF.  A log entry will display the status of the submitted report.
