Printing and generating reports with CM4D requires a print driver. There are two options available:
A print driver included with the ATS installer; no additional cost
Cm4d.ini setting: PDFPRINTDRIVER= "ATS CM4D Printer"
Third-party print driver software from Iteksoft (available for purchase through ATS)
Cm4d.ini setting: PDFPRINTDRIVER= "eDocPrinter"
Before starting the CM4D installer, the 'Print Spooler' Windows service must be running. If the service is not running, the installation will fail.
