This section describes how to define static answers that can be used for multiple choice questions.
Static answers need to be created before the questions that contain them.
If you want to use dynamic answers you will need to create Checklist Procedures. 
Select the Attribute tab.
Click Static Answers.
A list of the existing static answers is displayed in the left-hand pane and any questions that reference the currently selected answer are listed in the right-hand pane.
Click the add button (
).
The static answer creation window opens.
Enter a description for the static answer. This will be the text that will appear on the button itself when presented to the operator.
Use the Default Match Value field to define the value assigned to this static answer. This value is used when defining lookups.
If required, an image can be assigned to the static answer. Click Image tab followed by the change icon (). For further information see here.
Click OK.
The static answer is added to the list.
View questions that an answer is used in
Select an existing answer to view the questions it is currently used in. They'll be listed in the right-hand pane.
