Specifying Default Responsible Area and Cell

To save configuration time default responsible areas and cells can be associated to concerns before the concerns are assigned to parts.

Setting the default responsible area and cell will save the inspector time when entering a defect. The inspector can either accept the default or choose another area and cell.

The default responsible area/cell will be automatically selected in Data Collect when the specific concern is placed on the specific part and the other parameters of the row in the Extended Information are also satisfied.

The responsible area/cell will only be selected automatically if the station's Auto-select Resp Area/Cell on Defect property is enabled.  For further information, please click the link.
