An inspection is carried out using one or more steps. Each step may contain a list of questions that needs to be answered as well as specific views and parts related to a product.
The following is a list of steps that need to be carried out to create a full inspection:
1. Create inspection steps (see here).
2. Assign inspection steps to stations (see here).
3. Assign views, view categories and part categories to inspection steps (see here).
4. Assign question categories to inspection steps (see here).
Documents can be added to give extra information to the operators carrying out inspections. These could be documents such as operator instructions, process sheets, drawings or visual aids.
Documents can be added by carrying out the following steps:
1. Add guidance documents to the database (see here).
2. Assign documents to parts/concerns/repairs (see here).
It is possible for checklist questions to be reset automatically when a repair is carried out.
